    Core out apple using melon baller. Mix apple balls together with cinnamon and honey.

    Roll out pie crust dough and cut into strips.

    Spoon apple balls into cored out apples, and place pie crust strips on top in criss cross pattern.

    Brush tops with egg wash, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

    Baked at 375°F for 25-35 minutes. Top with ice cream and drizzle with caramel. Demolish!
