Lollipop shaped chicken drumsticks

10 chicken drumsticks
maple bacon rub
1/2 cup sriracha sauce
1/2 cup bbq sauceBull's-Eye BBQ Sauce Original
Cut off both ends of the drumstick and make a cut all of the way around the leg. Push the meat down to the large end and pull/cut the remaining skin and cartilage off the knuckle. You might want to also remove the tiny bone right against the leg. Remove this bone with your fingers or the shears, and trim away the tendons sticking out the top.
Season the chicken with chipotle and maple bacon rub. Bake 375°F for 40 minutes.
Combine sriracha sauce and bbq sauce together. Stir and mix well. Dip the lollipops into the barbecue sauce or brush on so that they are completely covered.
