Not only is the pasta low in calories, but also low in carbs and high in fiber. The pasta is a little pricey (especially the shipping), but well worth it. You won’t find this product in stores, so stock up on this stuff when they have rare, special sales. Now on to the recipe!

Heat your stove top heating surface to medium, and spray your pan with canola oil cooking spray. Combine your poultry seasoning, cayenne pepper, white pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small container. Give it a good swirl and shake to blend well. Use this seasoning blend to sprinkle over both sides of the chicken. Cook chicken breasts for about 10 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and place to the side. Make sure the chicken breasts you get at the grocery store are thin. Thicker cuts will cause for a longer cook time.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, then add your pasta. Cook for 10-14 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once complete, drain (do not rinse), spray with olive oil cooking spray, and set aside.

Heat a cooking surface on your stove top to medium. Mince your two garlic cloves in the meantime. Add your whipped butter, minced onion, and cream cheese to the pan. Cook until the cream cheese has melted and gone down a bit. Afterwards, add your milk and parmesan cheese. Use less milk if you want a thicker sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Plate your pasta, add grilled chicken, and pour the Alfredo sauce on top.
