Incredible Hulk Omelette
I'm just going to flip this omelette here, aaaannnndd I'm having scrambled eggs.
6 tablespoon Egg Beaters
1/2 cup Velveeta shreds (cheddar)
2/3 cup lightly packed baby spinach
1/4 cup peas
half lime (freshly squeezed)

Heat a cooking surface on your stovetop to medium heat, and use canola oil cooking spray for your pan. Pour the egg/spinach mixture from your blender into the pan. Add your cheese, peas, a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
Make a little toast with jelly if desired and you're all set!
