If you're old school and still use ice cube trays (you need to upgrade), then use exactly 5 ice cubes. If your freezer automatically makes ice (rectangular shaped), use exactly 9 ice cubes. The amount of ice is super critical to ensure that you don't end up with a bland, watered down smoothie. We're for real about counting ice. Don't jack up this important step!

Drop all remaining ingredients into your blender except for the Ez-Sweets. Blend until smooth.

After you have blended all of your ingredients, add 20 drops of Ez-Sweets and blend again for about 30 seconds. This stuff is magic and makes your smoothie that much sweeter. You won't find Ez-Sweets at your local grocery store, so you'll need to order it online.
