Pizza French Toast

Spread tomato paste on both sides of 2 slices of bread.

Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on one slice, and place other slice on top.

Beat together egg, oregano, salt, and any other desired spices.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
